Privacy notice
What we collect, and what we do with it.

The short version
We collect your name, work email, job title, and survey answers so we can send you the report and aggregate the findings. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than this benchmark report. Email us if you want it deleted.
What we collect
- Contact details you fill in: first name, last name, work email, and job title.
- Survey answers — your responses to the 27 questions.
- How you got here: the referring URL, any UTM tags in the link, and your browser's user-agent string.
- A hashed version of your IP address. We never store your raw IP. It's salted and SHA-256 hashed before it touches the database, purely so we can spot abuse patterns without identifying you.
What we do with it
- Aggregate it into the State of AI-Led Growth 2026 report. Your individual responses appear only as anonymous, aggregated stats ("63% of marketing leads said…").
- Email you the report when it publishes — but only if you ticked the opt-in box. If you didn't, we won't email you.
- Quote you in the report — but only if you ticked the second opt-in box ("open to being quoted or referenced as a practitioner voice"). We'll reach out to confirm before publishing any direct quote attached to your name or company.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- We don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for marketing.
- We don't use cookies, ad pixels, or third-party trackers on this site. There's nothing to "accept" — that's why you didn't see a cookie banner.
- We don't enrich your record with data scraped from elsewhere (LinkedIn, Clearbit, etc.).
Where it lives
Your responses are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase. The site itself is served by Vercel. Both are reputable hosting providers; neither has access to your data for their own purposes. Only the GrowthX research team can read the raw responses.
How long we keep it
Until the report is published and the project wraps. After that, we keep an anonymized aggregate (with names, emails, and any free-text "other" answers stripped out) for historical reference.
How to have your data removed
Email hello@growthx.ai with the email address you used to take the survey. We'll remove your row within 7 days and confirm.
If your response has already been included in the published report, the aggregate stats stay (they no longer identify you), but your raw row is deleted.
Changes to this notice
If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top. We'll only change this in ways that make it clearer or more protective — not less.
